Was supposed to only pay shipping and they took the whole amount later., 86$ up charge. I was only supposed to pay shipping and handling they made that clear that I was a winner of some contest of some sort and later they charge me for the full price of the the wrist band. It came with no battery doesnt even turn on no charger the box was ripped off bad Please help me find a place to return this or get my money back

Unauthorized credit card purchase

Someone used my card unauthorized and I need it to be taking off because it got a hold on my card and now my card is -300 so I need it to be fixed please and thank you...
